   Team building exercises on a sailboat are exciting problem-solving drills which are challenging, enjoyable, and very worthwhile. Bonding, respect, empathy, and  cooperation -- all are valuable organizational assets which we can nourish. We'll learn to take charge of a group problem, employ a solution, and execute a sailing mission against a demanding timeframe -- all while learning to sail a modern sailboat to a set of coordinates on the open sea to an objective location.

   Our "Sail si bon" yacht is equipped with modern electronics and comprehensive safety equipment including an AED. Your team will learn leadership skills, esprit de corps, and a nurturing approach to all group activities. These attributes will carry forward into your organization contributing to your future success and well-being.

   Our yacht can accommodate a team size of six people. For larger groups, we can add boats in a "race format" at the rate of 6 people per additional boat. For special group rates, please call for quotation.
